Adrienne Tilli is an international tourism and wellness leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning tourism development, medical-wellness innovation, franchise management, and global networking. As Founder & CEO of VIP Global Networking LLC in the USA and Co-founder of the SBT-MED Biomedical Clinic network in Europe, she has built a career at the crossroads of travel, health, and business development. Her leadership is defined by vision, integrity, and a strong capacity to create cross-border partnerships that connect people, industries, and cultures.
Professionally, Adrienne has founded and managed multiple international ventures, including the SBT MED Biomedical Clinic and its associated franchise system, while also developing wellness tourism programs, digital diagnostic technologies, and large-scale international cooperation projects. Earlier roles include senior leadership positions in real estate franchising, financial services, and tourism management, giving her a broad operational and strategic foundation. As President of Skål International Hungary since 2023, she has achieved exceptional membership growth, strengthened the club’s international visibility, and launched innovative initiatives such as Travel as Therapy and the Sleep Friendly Hotel Program.
Adrienne’s program as Treasurer for Skål Europe focuses on financial sustainability, transparent governance, and capacity-building across the European Area Committee. Her vision emphasises membership growth through the One Member, One Invitation philosophy, stronger cross-border engagement, digital modernisation, and partnerships with European and global institutions. She proposes practical tools such as digital reporting templates, a European Support Fund, and shared sponsorship frameworks to help clubs strengthen their operations and long-term development.
Her candidacy is guided by the belief that unity, collaboration, and shared purpose create stronger clubs and a stronger Skål Europe. Adrienne is committed to supporting clubs in financial best practices, expanding professional learning opportunities, and promoting sustainability through initiatives like the Green Skål Europe Charter. With her entrepreneurial background, international network, and passion for meaningful connections, she aims to help Skål Europe grow, shine, and thrive together as one united community.
