Beyond storytelling\, they play an essential role in helping visitors understand destinations\, respect local cultures\, and behave responsibly. DESCRIPTION:Golf\, Friendship and Networking in the Austrian Alps\n\n\n\nThe Skål Alpine Golf Challenge comes to Zell am See for its 8th edition\, bringing Skålleagues together from 18 to 20 October 2026 for three days of golf\, friendship\, networking and shared experiences in the heart of the Austrian Alps. \n\n\n\nOrganised by Skål International Zell am See\, the Alpine Golf Challenge has become a recurring meeting point for Skål members who combine their passion for golf with the opportunity to strengthen professional and personal connections in the traditional spirit of Skål. \n\n\n\nThe tournament will be played in Stableford format at the Leading Golf Course Zell am See-Kaprun\, surrounded by the spectacular alpine landscape of the region. While golf is naturally at the centre of the event\, the emphasis extends beyond competition to enjoying time together\, renewing friendships and creating new connections. \n\n\n\nAnd the event is certainly not only for golfers.
