Golf, Friendship and Networking in the Austrian Alps

The Skål Alpine Golf Challenge comes to Zell am See for its 8th edition, bringing Skålleagues together from 18 to 20 October 2026 for three days of golf, friendship, networking and shared experiences in the heart of the Austrian Alps.

Organised by Skål International Zell am See, the Alpine Golf Challenge has become a recurring meeting point for Skål members who combine their passion for golf with the opportunity to strengthen professional and personal connections in the traditional spirit of Skål.

The tournament will be played in Stableford format at the Leading Golf Course Zell am See-Kaprun, surrounded by the spectacular alpine landscape of the region. While golf is naturally at the centre of the event, the emphasis extends beyond competition to enjoying time together, renewing friendships and creating new connections.

And the event is certainly not only for golfers. Non-golfing participants are warmly welcomed, with an accompanying programme planned according to weather conditions, including possible experiences such as a boat trip on Lake Zell, a visit to Top of Salzburg, the Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs or a guided city tour.

Programme

Sunday, October 18

Individual arrival and check-in at Hotel Latini, followed by a Welcome Get-Together, joint dinner and a relaxed evening together.

Monday, October 19

For golfers, participation in the 8th Skål Alpine Golf Challenge, including green fee, tournament entry fee and halfway catering.

For non-golfers, an accompanying programme will be organised depending on weather conditions and includes lunch.

The day concludes with an aperitif and Gala Dinner with Prize Giving Ceremony.

Tuesday, October 20

Breakfast together followed by individual departure.
