Following the elections held earlier this week, the newly elected Skål Europe Board convened its first meeting on December 8, 2025, via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting was to proceed with the co-option of additional directors, as foreseen by the statutes, to complete the Board’s initial structure for the 2025–2027 term.
Co-Opted Directors
During the session, the Board unanimously approved the co-option of the following officers:
Franz Heffeter – Past President
Former President of Skål Europe, continuing in an advisory and institutional support role.
Tito Livio Mongelli – Director for the Skål Europe Academy
President of Skal Italia, responsible for overseeing the Academy’s development and educational initiatives within the European Area.
Nicolle Martin – Membership Development Officer
Former President of Skål Côte d’Azur, where she grew the Club to become the largest worldwide.
Gerald Aigmüller – Auditor
Past President of Skål Linz and current member of the Skål Austria Board. His appointment ensures continuity in compliance procedures, particularly relevant as Skål Europe’s bank account is held in Austria.

With these co-opted officers, the Skål Europe Board has completed the core structure necessary to effectively carry out its mandate for the 2025–2027 term, while retaining the flexibility to make additional appointments as needed, in accordance with the statutes.

The minutes of the meeting have been formally approved and archived in accordance with Skål Europe’s procedures.
