He has also served as a lecturer, academic coordinator, and tutor in several prestigious tourism and hospitality programs, reflecting his strong commitment to professional development and knowledge sharing. His broad expertise covers quality management, accessibility, customer experience, policy development, and sustainable tourism.
Within Skål International, Ramon has held a wide range of leadership positions at local, national, and global levels. As President of Skål International Madrid since 2022, he has driven significant membership growth and enhanced the club’s visibility within the Spanish tourism sector. He is a member of the Board of Skål Spain, Skål’s official representative to the WTTC, and Head of the Global Partnerships Sub-Committee. His previous roles include Secretary of Skål Madrid and active participation in multiple international committees. His involvement places him at the intersection of advocacy, partnerships, and global tourism dialogue.
As a candidate for Vice President of Skål Europe, Ramon proposes a comprehensive programme structured around five strategic pillars: professional development, sustainable and accessible tourism, innovation and digital transformation, business networking, and European-level visibility. His initiatives include launching a Skål Europe Masterclass series, reinforcing the Skål Europe Sustainability Awards, developing Digital Tourism Labs, creating an annual Tourism Business Exchange Forum, and increasing Skål Europe’s presence in major European tourism events. The programme is supported by measurable KPIs and an implementation timeline covering 2026 and 2027.
