    • Develop and implement specialized programs, akin to the successful Skål Academy, aimed at nurturing and preparing young leaders for the industry.
  2. Cultivate Young Talent
    • Implement targeted strategies to boost Young Skål memberships, ensuring a dynamic and engaged community.
    • Initiate mentorship programs, workshops, and networking events to connect young professionals with seasoned industry leaders.
  3. Encourage Innovation and Development
    • Actively seek out and support innovative projects within the Skal Europe community.
    • Foster an environment that encourages and rewards forward-thinking initiatives that contribute to the growth and relevance of Skal.
  4. Enhance the Skål Scholarship Program
    • Broaden the reach and impact of the Skål Scholarship program, providing more opportunities for aspiring students in tourism.
    • Establish partnerships with educational institutions and industry stakeholders to further support scholarship recipients.
  5. Strengthen International Partnerships
    • Forge strategic alliances with key organizations in the tourism sector, both within Europe and globally.
    • Act as a liaison between Skal Europe and external entities, fostering collaborative efforts that benefit the industry as a whole.
  6. Continued Engagement with Skal International Köln
    • Leverage previous roles as a Board Member and President to maintain a strong connection with the local chapter.
    • Utilize this platform to share best practices and innovative ideas that can be implemented on a broader scale within Skal Europe.
